Standing on the stage at The Queen and performing “PUSH” felt like more than another show. The song carries the energy of continuing, believing, and moving forward even when the full path is not visible yet. Singing it in such a beautiful, historic room made the message feel even more alive.

 

Every venue has its own spirit. At The Queen, I felt the weight of the stage and the gratitude of being trusted to add my voice to it. I thought about all the moments that brought me there, the rehearsals, the uncertainty, the small wins, and the decision to keep going.

 

I am learning that progress does not always announce itself loudly. Sometimes it looks like stepping onto a stage you once imagined, taking a breath, and realizing that you are already standing inside an answered prayer.

 

I left Wilmington proud of the performance, but even more grateful for the journey behind it. “PUSH” was the song, but it was also the reminder I needed: the dream continues to open when I continue to meet it.

 

Reflection: Sometimes the encouragement you sing to others becomes the very message your own spirit needs to hear.
